Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy
All services provided at Enhance are time intensive. When booking your appointment, a reserved amount of time is set specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, It is required that you notify Enhance at least 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment time so that we may be able to offer this time to another client. You will not be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 24 hours notice and will be charged a same day cancellation fee of $50. Same day cancellation fees for services over one hour will be charged $50 for each hour of service.
50% of the service cost or booking fee is due upon booking (may be refundable). Remaining balances are due on the day of service. 24hours notice is required for all services valued less than $200 (two hundred dollars). 3Days (72 hours) notice is required for all other services over $200 (two hundred dollars).
Late/Tardy Policy
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than your appointment time to fill out forms and bathroom use prior to your appointment time. In the event that a client is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the treatment/procedure will be considered a "no show" and the cancellation fee/ booking fee will be applied; vouchers will be considered void.
Children in Service Area
Due to shop regulation and policy coverage, children will not be allowed in the service area unless being serviced. An adult (and/or young adult) family/friend may accompany children, but they are not permitted in the service area during your treatment service.
